ffsc .co.uk said 14knots steady and Marinewatch said something similar so around 3:15 I set off for the beach. Got there and wished I hadn\'t bothered but went out anyway. At least I practiced pumping and got planing more than expected; and now know when my 8.5m will get me planning. A little more than 30 minutes on the water then back for father\'s day tea.
